What is required to book a session?

Once you have selected the package that best suits you, a 50% deposit is required to secure your session. Closer to the appointment date, the remaining balance will be due 24 hours before session can begin.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your shoot, please give a 72 hours notice before your session. Any cancelations within 72 hours of the session, the remaining balance will be charged in full.

What if I need to reschedule my session?

Life happens to everyone and sometimes things are out of our control. If it does happen and you need to reschedule for any reason, let me know as soon as possible via email at bluelightwonderphotography@gmail.com within two weeks to keep your deposit. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Once the session is done, you will receive all of the proofed images within 48-72 hours. Once you select your favorite images, the standard turnaround time for lifestyle and beauty portraits is 2 weeks, and for branding portraits is 3 weeks. If for whatever reason you may need your photos sooner (or only a couple ahead of time), I offer delivery for 2-3 days and 5-7 days for additional fees.

How many photos do I get after my session?

Once you complete your contact form, you will receive a brochure with all the packages and their offerings. Each package has a specific amount of images you will get. If you want additional images, you can request them at the time of selecting your favorites for an additional fee.
